Effective Date: September 2024 Prestige & Graca Ltd (ABO) aims for a smooth registration experience. This Refund Policy explains how we handle requests for refunds.

1. Non-refundable Fees

Registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed. This covers administrative and platform costs.

2. Exceptions

• Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice, provide proof and we will refund the duplicate amount.
• Event cancellation: If ABO cancels the entire event, full refunds will be considered or credit offered for the next edition.
• Technical errors: If a technical error on our side prevents registration or payment confirmation, a refund may be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@africanbiologyolympiad.org with proof of payment and reason for the request within 14 days of payment.
2. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and investigate.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

4. Currency & Bank Charges

Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. Any bank or payment processor fees applied to international transfers may be deducted unless otherwise agreed.
